By accessing or using Optimize.ma ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Optimize.ma provides a website creation and hosting platform that allows users to build, manage, and operate various types of websites including marketplaces, blogs, portfolios, business sites, landing pages, news sites, and single-store shops.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform. Optimize.ma owns the platform code, design, and infrastructure. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform itself.
Optimize.ma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
