All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during this period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Log into your account, navigate to your account settings, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your site will remain active until the end of your billing period.
You may export your data before cancellation. After your subscription ends, your account and data will be retained for 30 days, after which they may be permanently deleted.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or technical issues that prevented service usage. Please contact support@optimize.ma within 7 days of the charge.
